Mumio also known as shilajit, is a dense and sticky organic and in-organic mixture and easily dissolvable in water. Its origin is from center Asia in the mountain ranges of the Himalayas, Altayas, Pamirs and parts of south Kazakhstan.
Mumio, in the human body can help many different important functions. It can antioxidative characteristics and aids the immune system. It also supports strong cognitive funtions. Positively effects the metabolism of sugar, fats and the digestive system but also body weight. It also helps men and women's sexual functions, balance and comfort of the menstruational cycle. Recommended dosage
1 capsule twice a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 2 capsules: Shuddha Shilajit (Mumiyo; standardized to 1 % fulvic acid = 7,5 mg) 750 mg; starch; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide. Gelatin capsule.

Precautions
