HMB STAR contains a leucine derivative, ketoleucine, which is considered the strongest anabolic or better anticatabolic amino acid in sport nutrition. This amino acid limits the production of the catabolic hormone cortisone. Its main effect is manifested by the growth of muscle mass, the increase of muscle strength and decrease of subcutaneous fat. HMB lowers protein decomposition, caused by physical training; resulting in a greater capacity for muscle tissue and greater quality of its functioning. This natural supplement is able to increase the amount of muscle tissue, to enhance strength and decrease subcutaneous fat. It obstructs the formation of cortisone. Recently, within another clinical study led by doctors, HMB displayed its ability to increase pure muscle tissue by toning sportsmen who used 3 grams of this substance a day. Athletes who took 3 grams of HMB for 3 weeks long and trained and toned with weights noticed an increase of muscle tissue of more than 29,5% over those who did the same training, had the same diet, only did not use HMB.

Recommended dosage
4 capsules a day after exercise.

Ingredients
Contents of 4 capsules: Calcium salt of beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyric 1.000 mg; stabilizer: calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Gelatin capsule.

Precautions
It is not designed for children, pregnant and nursing women. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and dark place. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container. Not convenient during lower intake of calcium.
