Substances contained in the product:
Valerian – Valeriana officinalis – mainly supports good quality, natural sleep and its beginning. It contributes to bring the optimal relaxation and deal with stress during difficult lifestyle. It affects mental and physical tranquillity and cognitive functions in general. Moreover it supports normal digestion, cardiovascular system activity and helps to maintain normal blood pressure.
Mentha – Mentha arversis – its main compound is menthol, which supports normal digestion.
Melissa – Mellisa officinalis – is a natural antioxidant, supports optimal relaxation, supports cognitive functions and brings mental and physical tranquility. It also maintains falling asleep properly and process of healthy sleep.

Recommended dosage
2× 5 ml a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 10 ml: Sucrose; Valeriana officinalis (valerian, extract 10:1, root) 1,250 mg; Mentha arvensis subsp. haplocalyx Briq. (Mentha arvensis, extract 10:1, leaf) 250 mg; Melissa officinalis (lemon balm, extract 10:1, flower) 250 mg; aroma: peppermint essence; preservative: potassium sorbate; purified water.

Precautions
It is not designed for children, pregnant and nursing women. The product  is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended  daily dosing. Store  in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date  indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
