Vitamin C helps to protect cells against the oxidative stress. It supports collagen production, which is significant for proper blood vessels, bones, cartilages, skin, gums and teeth functions. It contributes in normal nervous system function, mental function and biological defense. Its indispensable function is that it helps to raise iron absorption and support normal energy metabolism within the body. Vitamin C helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness, it also participates in regeneration of reduced form of vitamin E. It supports immune system during and after the intense physical performance.
Vitamin B1- thiamine helps to support normal nervous system functioning including mental activity. It contributes to normal cardiac function and energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 supports normal cysteine synthesis and its metabolism, energy metabolism, protein and glycogen metabolism, nervous system activity, mental activity, red cell production and immune system function.

Recommended dosage
2× 5 ml a day, children up to 6 years 5 ml of 1× a day.

Contents of 10 ml: Sucrose; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 200 mg (250 % NRV*); Echinacea purpurea (purple coneflower, flower) 100 mg; aroma: orange essence; preservative: potassium sorbate; Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) 4 mg (363,6 % NRV*); Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 4 mg (285,6 % NRV*); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 4 µg (160 % NRV*). Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product  is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended  daily dosing. Store  in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date  indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
