Description:

Vitamin B6 supports normal cysteine synthesis and its metabolism, energy metabolism, protein and glycogen metabolism, nervous system activity, mental activity, red cell production and immune system function. It contributes to fatigue and tiredness reduction. It helps to regulate the hormonal activity.
Folate is important for growing of epithelia during the pregnancy. It contributes to normal synthesis of amino acids, haemopoiesis, homocysteine metabolism, mental functions and immune system. It helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness and cell division process.
