Recommended dosage

Pour 2 teaspoons into 200 ml of hot water at 90 °C (preferably from the ACTIVITY WATER SYSTEM).

Ingredients
Instant 100% arabica coffee, Cordyceps sinensis (Caterpillar fungus, mycelium, extract), Ganoderma lucidum (wood boring fungus, extract), vegetable cream, glucose syrup.
One 20g dose (2 scoops) contains 750 mg of Cordyceps sinensis and 500 mg of Ganoderma lucidum.
