2 capsules twice a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 4 capsules: Garcinia Cambogia (extract 60 % HCA) 1.000 mg; Camellia sinensis (Green Tea, camellia sinensis - "green tea", leaf, extract 5:1) 1.000 mg; rice powder; Fucus vesiculosus (Bladder Wrack Extract 4:1) 640 mg; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 200 mg (250 % NRV*); Uncaria tomentosa (Cat's Claw, bark, extract 4:1) 80 mg; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; chromium (chromium chloride) 200 µg (500 % NRV*). Gelatin capsule. NRV* = nutrient reference values
Remark for products containing extracs: In the interest of easier orientation in the quantities of the active ingredients in extracts we indicate their actual (original) amount.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 12 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing. Not convenient for persons suffering from thyreotoxicosis (hyperactivity of the thyroid – high level of the thyroid hormones in blood). Store out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and dark  place. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
