Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress. It also promotes the production of collagen, which is important for proper functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin, gums and teeth, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, psychic activity and the immune system of the organism. Its irreplaceable function is in increasing the absorption of iron and promoting normal energy metabolism in the body. Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and depletion and helps regenerate the reduced form of vitamin E.
Vitamin E serves as an important antioxidant in the body to protect tissues, cells, cell membranes and lipids from oxidative damage by free radicals.
Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of glycogen and proteins and on the function of the nervous and immune system. It is important for red blood cell production and regulation of hormonal activity.
Vitamin A supports the normal state of the mucous membranes, the skin, the eyes and the immune system. He participates in the process of cell specialization and iron metabolism.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and its use in the body, helping maintain the correct blood calcium level. Supports normal bone and tooth status, muscle function, immune function, and cell division process.
Vitamin B12 promotes normal energy metabolism, nervous system activity, homocysteine metabolism, psychic activity, red blood cell production and immune system. They are involved in reducing fatigue, exhaustion and cell division.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet twice a day.

Contents of 2 gelatin tablets: Concentrated fruit juice; sugar; glucose syrup; gelatin; acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 20 mg (25 % NRV*); thickener: pectin; fruity aroma; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 10 mg (83 % NRV*); palm oil; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0,66 mg (47 % NRV*); beta-carotene 0,32 mg; vitamin A (retinol acetate) 240 µg (30 % NRV*); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 3,2 µg (64 % NRV*); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2 µg (80 % NRV*). Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best  before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
